Summary: Go Sleeveless Workout - Recently Unbelievable
Go Sleeveless Workout - I Need A Tough Upper Body Workout (meaning Arms!)?now im 16 and wanna start growing those huge guns like sylvester stallone or mister terminator. My pecs are starting to get bigger and i have *almost* a 6pack. hoever my arms are skinny pieces of garbage. when i wear short sleeves or a sleeveless shirt i look like i have never worked out in my entire life. for my arms workout i do 3 reps of 7 pullups (palms facing me) 3 reps of 10 pushups and 1 rep of a 30-second flexed arm hang... i weigh 115 lbs and am 57. btw i dont have a weightlifting set cuz i live in a small apartment and due to bad economic times am not enrolled in a gym. however i can use filled gallon cartons of milk which about 9 pounds each.
