What Add /ADHD Treatments Or Meds. Are Out There ??My psych believes I have it, so do I. I can't even pick up a book and focus for more than 5 minutes. yesterday, he prescribed me Ritalin, and I took it, exactly te way he told me to. I was actually able to read 125 pages of that book and was able to fous and know what is going on. During bed time, the Retalin really effected me, badly. My muscles were twitching, I was having severe abdominal muscle pain, chest pain, heart palpitations, etc... ( I am 27 year old male ) Now I dont know what to do, I need meds to be able to focus, but I think Ritalin will kill me. Are there any other meds. out there that are safer and actually work?
