I get massages (help a little) been to Alexander Technique lessons (no help) had physio (seemed to make it much worse) and had acupuncture (muscle in arm reacted in a spasm which lasted two weeks). I am taking Glucosamine Ginko Flaxseed Oil Vitamin B. I am reading Its Not Carpal Tunnel Syndrome The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook The MindBody Prescription. I have been to my GP who offered acupuncture or high doses of anti-inflammatories(sp?). I have problems with my stomach so dont want to do this. I was referred to a rheumatology specialist and after waiting 2 1/2 months to see him he told me he couldnt help and I should take low doses of anti-depressants to relax my muscles.
