body exercises should i do Also what ab exercises should i do,
right now i do 3 sets of 30 sit ups on and incline bench with a 12
lbs medicine ball I also do cardio everyday, its called High
Intensity Interval Training I warm up for about 5 minutes Then
sprint at high intensity for 1 minute then medium intensity run for
3 minutes I repeat this four times and i do this everyday Sunday is
