Is This A Good Workout Plan? Please Check It Out!!!!?Ok, first I
would just like to say that I'm not new at working out and i'm 18
btw. I have about 12 % body fat and im 5'7 and weigh about 140
pounds. Now I'm trying to get a six pack, but they are covered with
a layer of fat. I can see them slightly but i know i need to run
more to see them. I also recently bought Optimum Whey protein,
Casein Protein and

Picolinate tablets at bodybuilding.com. This is my
goal over the break and until i reach it: Burn the rest of the fat
off first to see abs and achieve a well defined shape and at the
same time gain 10 pounds of muscle. Now i just want you guys to
tell me if what I'm doing is right. I can also only weight life 10
or 15 pound dumbbells. Which one would you recommend? I run 5 times
a week for 30 min at a fairly fast pace jog about 7mph. I also
separate my workouts to upper body and lower body. Now this is what
I'm planning on doing. I wake up eat a little snack and one scoop
of whey protein (to balance my nitrogen level) wait an hour and run
for 30 min. Then at evening, I eat one scoop whey protein post
workout,i do my upper body or lower body workout then eat another
one scoop whey protein after. And lastly before bedtime I eat two
scoops of casein protein. Plus I eat healthy foods. What do you
guys think?

brand of blocks/what is in your home-made food? Here is my recipe:
Amounts can be stretched and chopped down, depending on the number
of rats. The recipe is for about two weeks for 6 rats. (Treats and
fresh foods excluded) It turns into a kind of paste, you can bake
half of it (or all, I suppose) into ratty-cookies and alternate to
avoid “mushy poop” or whatever. Keep in mind all ingredients should
be organic. 2 lbs of fruit and (steamed) veggies: Assorted berries
Grapes Melon Apple Peas Greens – spinach, chard, turnip greens
Broccoli Bok-choy Kale Sprouts Tomato Parsley Corn Squash Carrot
Assorted beans ______________________ 1500 mg – liquid calcium with
vitamin D 1700 mcg –
