Eating Plan To Get Ripped - I Have Some Troubles With My Eating Plan Through-out The Day Anyone Can Help Id Appreciate It?Okay im 14 years old and im a freshman in high school im not overweight at all im 5 foot 9-10 160-165 IBs. Im a very strong person all around my body i workout daily but i have just a little fat covering over my abs that i want to work off and get my six pack before summer. I run 4 times a week for 15 minutes each session and i do an 8 minute abs workout every day ( i started this all today january 6th). So forget all that my question here is when should i eat meals during my day? remember i cant make any food or anything like others do while they diet since im in school every day. Right now i eat normally at 7:00 AM (sometimes) then 12:00 PM then either 5:00/6:00 PM and from about 7:00 PM until about 10 at night i usually just eat random snacks (not really nutritious foods). I dont literally eat non stop from 7-10 just from time to time i do..I was looking to now start eating a cereal (All Bran) at 6:30 AM then at 10:00 AM just a nutri grain bar or zone bar then for lunch at 12:00 id eat ham/cheese on whole wheat bread with water/some sort of snack. Then a good meal for dinner at 5:30-6 PM.( i dont know what to eat if anyone could let me know something id like thatd be great). Then in about an hour from dinner time id eat something like a fruit or 2 and be done for the day. Also id be drinking plenty of water thru out the day and i have protein shakes the days i workout (mon-fri). I know this seems like a lot but i just want to cut the fat and im already training my abs/running and i know dieting is a big part so if you could let me know what/when to eat for a 14 year old itd be great. And dont think im immature and too young im mature and am always told that i look 17/18 years old because of my physical shape. Lastly how long would it take to get my ripped abs if i eat right almost every day and do abs every day and run 4 times a week my abs are so strong i feel them all the time its just a layer of fat over it. - Eating Plan To Get Ripped
