Abs And Muscle In 3-4 Months?Hi, i am a boy, who
is 14 years old, kind of chubby, i got fat, height is about 5,7,
Weight is 160. This is my routine, I run every other day, and
weightlift the rest days and do 50 pushups and do 100 crunches and
do 50 obliques, also jump rope for 10-15 min. Everyone week I add a
quarter of a mile, and add 2 and a 1/2 pounds on my bar, so far i
bench press 80lbs. For pushups i add 5 every week, crunches I add
10 per week, and jump-rope add 5 min every week, but I stop adding
minutes
At 30-35 min, and I play basketball, only
free-throws, about 100 free-throws a day, or more. So will this
give me
Ripped 6 pack
Abs and
muscle in 3-4 months? P.S: Please add on if you got anything else
for me to do, I can;t go to the gym though, I weight lift

punching bag im gunna use in the mornings to burn fat. +++++ im
taking protein shakes after (straight vanilla flavored whey) thanks
also im 14 and 3 months old, grew from 5'2 to 5'8 this year, and
went from 130 pounds of fat to 126 pounds of semi muscle. i need to
bulk up a bit more also after barbell curls i crank out some pull
ups on the iron gym... so ya i kinda have a mini gym
