legs a lil dont worry. also i have a punching bag im gunna use in
the mornings
To burn fat. +++++ im taking protein
shakes after (straight vanilla flavored whey) thanks also im 14 and
3 months old, grew from 5'2
To 5'8 this year, and
went from 130 pounds of fat
To 126 pounds of semi
muscle. i need
To bulk up a bit more also after
barbell curls i crank out some pull ups on the iron gym... so ya i
kinda have a mini gym

and im planning

what I should improve with my workout please? I'm mainly working on
getting stronger and looking more ripped, not losing weight... I'm

treadmill for about 20-30minutes

maximum heart rate (153 beats per minute) Doing, low reps of high
weight dumbbells, I do bicep curls (Biceps), triceps extension
(Triceps), Dumbbell rows (Back), Side Laterals (Shoulder), and
Wrist curls (Forearms) After about half and hour of those
exercises, I drink some protein shakes, then follow up with some
crunches on a gym ball (abs), squats (thighs) and pushups(Chest and
