Does
Carpal Tunnel
Syndrome Surgery Work??My
mother in law has
Carpal Tunnel

and do everyday chores around her house. Her doctor told her that
if she doesn't improve she will need surgery. She is concerned if
Surgery will work at all since she knows a handful
of people who have had it with no good results. Has anyone every
had the
Surgery and has it worked?

Questions To Anyone Who Had
Surgery For
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?I have had
it for 30 years, but I didn't get a definite diagnosis until 1997
because that was the first time it was detected on nerve conduction
testing. If you had the surgery, how long was the recovery time?
How bad was it? Were you totally unable to use your hands during
recovery? Thanks.

Can
Carpal Tunnel
Syndrome Come Back After Surgery?I had the
Surgery done in August and my symptoms have not
improved, I had an EMG done and the CTS is still present but the
doctor who did the EMG said
Surgery again wasn't
necessary, then recently I saw a Orthopedic Surgeon and told me
that there is a chance that the ligament wasn't cut all the way and
I need another surgery.

Any Remedies For
Carpal Tunnel
Syndrome - Besides Surgery?i've been waitressing
for many years so the heaviness of the plates and constant working
with my hands has taken it's toll - numb hands, pains in wrists,
wake up in the morning with fingers curled up and it only comes
right after about an hour, etc... seems to be hereditary cos my mom
also has it. she's recently had her operations and it put her out
of action for 2 months. i can't afford not to work for that long so
has anyone got any good suggestions.
