Why Do Religious People Think Astral Projection Is Evil?I am not religious or atheist, just spiritual. Honestly both groups of people really annoy me. I'm Not Sure What It Was, It's Astral Projection Related (Long Story Please Read)?It started out that I wanted to try Astral Projection, I was practicing for awhile and this was the night i was gonna go all the way and leave my body. I was in my bed and it was working quite well. I felt lots of weird sensations, Energy and i managed to get my hand outa my body and then my whole arm. It was such a peculiar sensation. But i panicked cuz of it. A few minutes after i abandoned the Astral Projection excercise, I started hearing really Bad whistling. It sounded like my whistling except worse. It wouldnt go away, Could blot it out with T.V. but it wouldnt go away i felt like i was going crazy, Skitso. Around 5 am i was going absouloutely mad, the whistling wouldnt go away, I want outside and sat on a chair and looked up at the sky, still the whistling was there and it was nuts. It made my head spin as i looked out at the sky. I went to bed and i couldnt sleep but eventually i got there. I woke up the next morning so happy, My head felt so fresh and clear and the whistling was gone. It hasnt been back since, and im too scared to try Astral Projection again because i think the Astral Projection caused it, i asked someone about it and they said it was the spirits harrasing me. Comments plz what was this ? I was completely awake when i did it, I couldnt sleep so i decided to meditate and try Astral projection. The Dangers Of Astral Projection? Demons And Entities?I have tried Astral projection, but when my body starts shaking and gets this 'sinking' feeling, I think about the dangers of Astral projection, get scared, and jump which completely destroys the process. I bought a book about it and the book says that sometimes you may get unlucky and come across a Bad entity.. demons i guess? or Bad spirits? and that's what worries me the most. I don't want to be psychologically damaged. The thought of demons scares me and I don't want to come across one. I am also scared of those Bad entities cutting off my cord to kill me... I was reading about someone's experiences, and she said that when she was on the Astral plane, someone started chocking her. And she said that when she looked back at her bed, (where she Astrally Projected) there was a lump under the blankets, then she got chocked. Astral Projection...Premonition Dreams...Someone Really Help Me Out On This..?okay i always had weird premonition dreams..like whatever happens in the dream..it always happens the next day or week or month..or 2 months.. i know this bcuz whenever i have a dream for some reason i wake up after it..grab my cell phone and i type what happened in the dream, who was there, and the date. And another thing that always happens is like half of me wakes up and i can pick my head up and see the inside of my room and i can see what time the clock says everything but the other half of me is pinned down so tight i cant move, eventually i lay my head back down and then wake up. i've read just a bit on sumthing called Astral PROJECTiON. i wonder if im experienceing this. it weird cuz just about a week ago, like half of me woke up and i read the clock '4:22 a.m. then i woke up at 4:26 a.m. i have the premonition dreams all the time,FOR EXAMPLE, i had a dream me and one of my (who i thought was a close friend)..i had a dream that me and him got into a fight....and a couple hours after i woke up.. i called him and he just started argueing with me over the phone...(( another example;; i go to this one club in chicago and one night i had a dream that one of my friends was telling me this certain guy that went to the club all the time had passed away, and it turns out 1 1.2 months later this guy that i never knew; got into an accident and passed.;; then another month later i had a dream i was talking to the guy who passed and he told me that he was so happy and that he met me before but i didnt remeber him. (really weird) ( i write this stuff in my phone as soon as it happens so i dont forget*...) and i keep waking up and half of me want to get up but i cant get the oher half to come up... ppl were saying when they Astral project they can go into the future talk to ppl be in different places.. (is this possible??) bcuz i cant even get up out of my bed;; people seem to be visiting different places??) or is it when i am having a dream i am Astral projecting into the future and experienceing what is about to happen?? HELP ME OUT GUYS.. this is really interesting and i want to learn more about this.. Was This Astral Projection Or Just Lucid Dreaming?At 3 or 4am I fell asleep after much fretting. I was having a dream. I realize that I'm dreaming and it's a lucid dream. Somewhere I got the notion that if you're lucid dreaming and you fly - that's Astral projection. So I bend down and jump up - I float. The window opened and I floated out into a bright blue sky. I'm Astral projecting, I thought. Then I wanted to know if there was a silver cord connect me to my body like I've read about. I looked down at myself - but because it was so dark in my room I could see nothing other than the lightning bright cord coming from my belly button. Then I went back into my body. I thought that it sucked that I had gone back in so soon and hadn't looked for someone I knew for external validation. 6:50am I wake up. My body is tingling. I feel almost over warm from the hotness of my apartment and my blankets up to my neck. I almost immediately fall back asleep with exhaustion. I'm dreaming that I'm standing in a parking lot. Lucid dream. I bend my knees and then fly. I'm floating in darkness. I don't know why I tried to focus on a friend of mine, and decided he would be a good external validation. But then something weird happens and I'm 'awake' but paralyzed. My eyes were blinking faster than normal and every time I opened them I could see a shadow figure in front of my windows with the lightning bright cord connecting me to it. I want to go back in my body. But it didn't happen. Now. But it still didn't happen. I tried to move my physical body - which in Bad dreams I can always pull myself out of by becoming more aware of my physical self but it couldn't move. And then I heard a woman's voice I didn't recognize say, All right, I guess you can go back now. And I woke up in full all tingly. 7:00am. Was that just a couple of weird dreams or something real?
