Home Treatment Of Carpal Tunnel - What Are The Best Home Treatments For Carpal Tunnel?Ive read about the subject but there seems to be a difference of opinion on some aspects of home treatment. Some sources suggest cold therapy (10-15 min. up to once an hour). Others suggest heat is helpful. Im using anti-inflammatory pain pills (like ibuprofen) but wonder what else I can do besides splinting and whether hot or cold is better. Thanks so much for the advice!
