Astral Projection Robert Monroe - Astral Projection?Has anyone done this and what was it like for you. Also I want to point out that I take Robert Monroes view on this in that I dont believe its possible to physically leave your body and that the astral plane is merely another point on our (sub)conscious. Kind of on the same plane as where I go when I meditate if that makes sense. Does Anyone Know Any Effective Astral Projection Techniques?Lately, I've been researching the topic in depth. Reading books by Robert A. Monroe, researching Jerry Gross on the web, videos on YouTube, but I haven't had any luck and I've been meditating for about 2 weeks now!
