I Am Suffering From Carpal Tunnel Syndrome In My Last Trimester?I am 34 weeks pregnant and suffering from Carpal Tunnel syndrome. It is really bad and I wake up from the apin. My middle finger and ring finger are constantly numb. Everything causes numbing writing, typing, doing my make up and at night it is the worse I wake up from the pain. I have tried the Brace an dit brings no relief. I wiggle my fingers and shake my Hand but that is not very helpful...Any advice? [ Read More ]

Carpal Tunnel?I have been diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in both hands. I have to admit I've been very bad about sleeping with wrist braces at night as I was instructed to by my doctor. Lately though, for about 2 weeks straight I have worn a wrist Brace on both hands while I'm sleeping. For the past 2 nights I've woken up to numb fingers, even with the braces on! Is this happening to anyone else? I'm scared it's gotten worse. I need to get this to stop, I have a baby on the way and can't be waking up with numb hands! Is Biofreeze Ok For Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?I am having what feels like a bad flare up of crpal Tunnel in my right wrist and I'm right handed. its rather painful. I have been wearing a wrist Brace to keep myself from bedning my wrist too much. I'm just wondering if anyone knows if biofreeze is good for Carpal Tunnel symptoms or will it make the numbness feel worse? I need to go see my chiropractor but hes in the process of moving his practice to another location. So I won't be able to see him until he reopens for those that don't know biofreeze isn't found in a drug store, usually you need to get it from a chiropractor or physical therapist. Can Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Return?I had Carpal Tunnel Release last March on my right Hand and it seemed to fix my CTS. However, about 2 months ago, my Hand started aching again and gets tingly / falls asleep like it used to. This week it has been killing me! I have tried to wear my Brace from before, but it isn't doing much good. I am actually hurting worse than I was before I had the release last year. I am also dropping this often (a few times a day). Is This Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?I am 14, lately I have been playing chopan's prelude in c minor. It has very large stretches that require you to hit very hard to get them to sound right. I have been playing this song for about 2 weeks. Today when I was writing poetry, my wryst and fore arm started to hurt very badly. At first I thought it was just a cramp and cuntinued writing my poem. Later when I was practicing piano my Hand hurt in the same way, I feal the same pain when I type with this Hand or use it. Think I Have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Please Help.?i have had these pains in both my hands for about 4 months from now. they became prominent when i started playing racquet ball. so i stopped it but i have to use the computer a lot and i think thats what is causing it. anyway the problem is that both the thumbs are always swollen and so weak that i cant even button up my shirt properly. recently my left index finger has also swollen and there is a sharp pain in my right wrist whenever i turn it(opening a door for ex). both the middle fingers in my Hand hurt when i try to make a fist with my hand. they hurt where the connect to the palm. I started using a Brace since 2 days on the right Hand and the swelling on the right thumb has reduced considerably. the pain in the wrist isnt gone though. i have been delaying to see the doctor because I am out of job and almost broke. do you think i need to see a doctor? if so what kind should i see. please help me out. thanks. I'm Only 23, It Is Possible I Have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?I've had a desk job as a marketing/sales rep for the last 6 years. I learned better ways to sit in regards to posture for typing and mouse clicking. I notice when I overuse my Hand and wrist from being on the computer so much that I get pains in my hand, wrist and elbow. I was in India this summer and I didn't go on a computer for 8 days one time and the pain went away completely. Unfortunately, I can't really avoid the overuse. How To Tell When Baby Has Dropped And Carpal Tunnel HELP!?I'm filled with questions today. So I'll just post this one with two different questions on it. First, How do you know if your baby has dropped? I'm noticing lots of activity around my cervix area and it actually hurts a little when she does whatever she does to it. But things just feel a little different today. Also, I've been running to the bathroom with more urgency and frequency today. Things she's dropping? I'm 36 weeks.
