Does Anyone Believe In Astral Projection?i read about Astral Projection Online after i experienced myself waking up out of a dream and not being able to move my body. when this first happend i thought i was paralyzed.. after reading about this online, i was told to try and pull myself up and i will leave my body. i tried it and it worked! i found myself inside of my room it was neat but a little scary to know that i was actually out of my body. i then remembered someone saying Online that the soul can pass through walls. well silly me tried to open my bed room door and my hands went right through! i decided to try and go thru the door and i couldnt! it was like i was able to push my head thru just a little bit, but that was it.... i will try to leave my door opened next time to see if it will be easier... has anyone had this before? Astral Projection?Well, I don't believe in nonsense. I'm an atheist Bio Chem Major. I don't believe in religion. But last night I read a question on Y!A dealing with Astral projection. Sounds like a bunch of B.S. But, for some reason I'm inrterested and do a little Online research. I try to Astral project right before going to bed and, well... it felt like I was being pulled from my body. The techniques I followed were to breath heavily in the nose and out the mouth and mentally picture yourself being lifted from your body.... I had to repeat 'I'm in control' while doing this. At first I thought nothing would happen, but then I felt like I was moving and started seeing strange little 'mental movies' with weird subject matter. I continued in trying to Astral project and I REALLY felt like I was leaving my body!!! I lost focus because of the noise from a fan and decided to stop. Can someone PLEASE explain what was happening? Was I lucid dreaming....I don't think I was To Alex, you seem to know a lot...you're probably going to get best answer. Astral Projection, Secret Moon Base?Lately i've been reading about the conspiracy of a secret moon base. Of course i do not believe it, the entire concept really sounds kind of absurd. Now my question is i've read Online some people claiming they have astrally projected and been led to or seen this supposed moon base. I do believe in Astral Projection although i have never achieved one myself it seems like a solid concept backed by similar accounts and testomonials from literally thousands upon thousands of people over the course of time. Has anyone astrally projected and seen this moon base? And if so did you glimmer any information from it like it's use or who it belongs to. I know this is kind of a silly question but i find it very intriguing none the less. Thanks. In response to john's response i didn't post this question for people who do not believe it is amazing in our western society how everything can be bought off as ridiculous without the slightest research or hands on experience in the matter. It's called closed minded. That depends on who you talk to my friend it has been scientifically tested and in many cases found to be true to some extent. It's just a matter of whether or not you think someone is leaving their body to the 'other-worldly' realm or some other form of dream. In surveys it has been shown that 50 percent of people have experienced one and that all people will experience one in their lifetime whether they realize it or not. Thousands of people will tell you there is a god with no evidence whatsoever yet thousands of people claim they have astrally projected and you think that they are all lying, to what end? How To Achieve Astral Projection Or How To Vibrate?OK, now I am not inexperienced at this. I have projected thousands of times in my life. I could leave my body instantly, as soon as my head touched a pillow. I even left the earth twice. The problem is that it was out of control, it controlled me. I had no way to turn it on or off. Sometimes when I went to bed I could not get up until I was completely rested. I would lay in bed sleeping but be awake the whole night not being able to move. Spiritual Dream, Anybody Really Experienced In This Stuff Who Believes In Lucid Dreaming/astral Projection?Okay, last night i had a dream that was pretty much all over the place but two main things that i want to know about was 1) i was flying. just for a little bit, i knew i could do it, i was free flying and didn't question my ability at all, until i told my aunts to look at me fly..no one believed that I could do it, and i stopped being able to. Are There Easy Ways For A Beginner To Astral Project?Hi. I have been interested in Astral Projection and Out of Body Experiences for a couple years now. I am currently 15 years old and want to take my knowledge of these subjects past just reading about them. How Do I Contact My Spirit Guide, Animal Guide, Totem, Etc.?I have been doing some research on spirit guides (or whatever you prefer to call them) and I was wondering how I could find out what my guide is and how I can reach it/ them. Body Vibrations Upon Waking?I am a 30 yr/fem. I don't know if I have always had this, or if I am just now noticing, but sometimes when I wake up from a nap, or a nights sleep, I feel like I have an internal 'tremor' or vibration inside my chest / shoulders / arms area. It lasts for maybe a couple minutes or less, and then goes away. I seem to only get it when I wake up. I don't have any known medical conditions. My blood pressure always reads normal or on the low-normal side. I had a MRI about 2 years ago to check for MS due to some tingling I had in my scalp - and that came back fine, only showed mild arthritis in my cervical spine. I do 'suffer' from generalized anxiety disorder. I am anxious most days, all day. I do talk therapy once a week, and take herbal supplements for my anxiety, but no meds. If anyone has ever had this, do you know what it is? Vibrating Sensation Wakes Me Up...?so this is happened about 4 times already. the first time i thought i was dreamin and in what i thought was my dream, someone was under my bed shakin it and it woke up upset hittin my bed tellin them to stop. the second time, the vibratin woke me up and i thought there was an earthquake [in live in south florida @_@] but then i came to my senses and realized theres no way! so i got up and it stopped. til then i wasnt sure if it was a dream or real. the third time it woke me up, i sat up and it lasted a few seconds and then it went away. the fourth time, i was nappin on the couch[2 nights ago] and it just woke me up and i sat up and hugged my self, tryin to figure out if i could feel it with my hands, or if there was a center point from which it was startin [i thought maybe it started it in one place and amplified throughout my body] but nothin. it lasted about 5 to 10 seconds and it eventually went away. a couple of things to point out: it was not my cell fone! i dont put it on vibrate unless im at school and then i turn off vibrate as soon as i get out. the last 3 times i didnt have my cell near me. i dont feel a tingling or a hummin sensation of any kind[i havent really noticed anyway] just a vibratin feelin all over my body. can this be neurological or some kinda symptom or stage of Astral projection? i ask cause its whats come up Online while i was tryin to research this >__< [ Read More ]

A Little Confused About This Dream...I had this dream the other night I cant stop thinking about. See, I have this friend I havent talked to in about 2 years, but, even though all through that time Id occasionally think about him and wonder how hes doing, that kind of thing, all of a sudden about a month ago I started missing him really bad, more every day. Well then I had this dream, and afterwards I called his bishop, who told me about a month ago is when they moved cross-country! My dream was that I was Online on some website thats like mommy forum/rate the cutest pic, and all of a sudden I got this message on my board that said 'Shes adorable'-Joey, and had a link to his myspace(I dont think he even has one, lol.) Well, in the dream he looked...not bad, but different. And then, somehow, just as if he knew I was looking at the page, at that moment he called me! Well, I dont remember what we were talking about, but I know we talked for, like, 3 hours. The only specific thing I remember him saying is 'Iris's picture is #2 coz Jen Brians pic is #1', but I dont remember the content of the rest of the conversation. And the weird thing was, I know we didnt end the conversation, but I dont recall what we were talking about, and I woke up somewhere in the middle. So, another thing I noticed is that my house was situated backwards, which my friend Jed tells me means its Astral projection.
