Get Ripped?I was curious for a guess on how long it will take me (and if I am doing anything wrong) to Get Ripped; although 'ripped' on the light side. By than I mean not very massive arms, and a chest that still allows me to rotate my arms 180 degrees: well defined but still strong. I am 17, 5'11'' and 160 lbs, (I'm able to gram a little wad of fat on my stomach) I am a vegetarian but I have absolutely no lack of correctly proportioned proteins. I have the discipline to never eat unhealthy foods. I lift 6 days a week and rest on Sunday. One day I work on my biceps, and chest, and the next, my back, shoulders, and triceps (I don't need any work on my legs). I also run 7.5 miles every other morning before eating breakfast in less than an hour. And the other mornings, I bike 15 miles in the same amount of time.
