How Can I Loosen Up My Frozen Shoulder That Hurts When I Do Certain Weight Training Excercises?Particularly dumbell flys hurts my right shoulder joint. Two years ago, I had an onset of diabetic Frozen shoulder. The severe pains subsided after 6 months. Nowadays, the only time it hurts is during weight training. Frozen Shoulder,what To Do?I have been fighting Frozen shoulder for Two years.I have had Two surgery's and a year of physical therapy. The pain persists and the dr. is now treating it with Vicodin. The drug does not even help it so I only take it to help me sleep and that does not even work very good.After a couple of hours I wake up in so much pain.Any one else ever gone through this? Any Exercises I Can Do To Lose Weight?My partner has a Frozen left shoulder, Spinal stenosis which confines her to a chair most of the time and is too overweight to have an operation on her spine. Oh, by the way, she is diabetic (type 1) and needs Two knee replacements and is mildly copd as well. All the doctors say is she needs to lose weight and to come back when she has. How Long Can Long-term Diabetes Induced Frozen Shoulder Last For? Do You Regain Full Mobility Again?I am a male and have been an insulin dependant diabetic for forty years - since the age of four - now suffering Frozen shoulder in both right and left shoulders. Frozen shoulder is more common in women than men, but is very common in both sexes for people suffering from diabetes. I have asked, but no one seems to tell me, how long it can last for being diabetic, and if you regain full mobility again? I started suffering from Frozen shoulder in my right shoulder around Two years ago. I had physio for treatment, which gave me a limited amount of extra movement and also had the shoulder injected, which was of no help at all. I have just been diagnosed - in the last month - as now having Frozen shoulder in the left shoulder too. I am waiting for some physio treatment but believe it will do little to help; as with the right shoulder. I understand it is best to keep the Shoulders moving and taking strengthening exercises as well as pain relief to help aid the healing process. How long will it last and do I regain full mobility? What Do I Do About A Painfull Frozen Shoulder?About 7 years ago I suffered a cervical disc prolapse at C5/6 level towards the right causing paresis of the right arm and underwent ant.lat disccectomy resulting in rapid recovery but followed by some muscle loss in my right shoulder and painfull stiff neck movements which i have learnt to live with.About five months ago,i developed severe pain and limitation of movement in my left shoulder which have made routine daily activities like brushing my hair,putting on and removing a shirt,belting my trousers etc.Almost impossible (Frozen shoulder?).Subacromial and intra-artricular shots(two)and pain killers have failed to solve my problems which is getting worse each day and now it is even causing sleep disturbance.Please Help!!!!!!! Does Getting A Tattoo Hurt More Than Having Mole's Frozen?I am getting my first tattoo tomorrow, on my stomach (above n to the side of my belly button). I had Two mole's removed from my shoulder blade a few years ago that really hurt! Bearing in mind that the freezing was on the bone n tattoo on flesh, can anyone advice if it will hurt any more? When Frozen Shoulder (or 'adhesive Capsulitis') Goes Away - Does It Just Disappear?I have a Frozen shoulder - and have had it since last September. I went through physical therapy - and do exercises daily. It's much better than it was before the treatment and exercises - but it still bothers me. I've read that it just 'goes away' - after a year - or maybe Two - or even three. Has anyone had it - and had it go away? How does that work? Do you just wake up one morning and it's no longer frozen? Or is it a gradual thing? Would really appreciate input. How Can I Help My Frozen Shoulder?It's my 3rd day having my Frozen shoulder. in these days i have taken like 15 light pain killers,but it's still killing me. I Have Pain In My Shoulder Thats Not Getting Better?my doctor diagnosed me with 'frozen shoulder' which i know is a general term. but i wonder if there's something more wrong. i had xrays and they were clear. but the pain is intense, i throw up or faint, it lasts for days, i just have a dull ache for a bit and then it happens again. it is worse when i lift my arms above my head, it's not actually that stiff, but it grinds and clicks or hurts, or does something that just makes it feel funny. i had Two steriod injections, anti-inflamatory drugs, they arnt really helping at all to be honest. i will be going back to my doctor, but i dont know what it can be.
