Astral Projection?I need help. How do I achieve Astral projection? I lay in bed and relax, close my eyes and then I feel vibrations. After the vibrations, I feel as though I am floating across my room but, in reality, I know that I'm Still in my bed and in my body. Is Astral Projection real, or is it just a state of mind? Astral Projection....?A few nights ago i had sort of an experience...I have read about Astral Projection but this was just weird. I was asleep but my mind was awake and then i get this tingling sensation and i started to panic in my mind but Still i was calm and continued thinking then i felt as my soul was being ripped out of my body. i was floating and all i could see was darkness and red, yellow,blue 'stars' floating i paniced at went back to my body was this Astral projection...or was i dreaming? Am I Still Alone Or Did I Stumble On Astral Projection?Anyone ever heard of it. I hadn't until today. But its oddly familiar Ever since I was little I used to do this thing at random sometimes intentionally sometimes not but very rarely, anyway. I can do this out of body experience where I can say my name and look at my house or family and they all seem so far away, like they seem so unfamiliar and I realize this bigger picture that I'm a living being forever and It's like my name and my body and my house and all that stuff is so useless and insignificant. It's like I'm looking down at myself, as a whole other being. Its like I'm not a human anymore I'm this spirit or this state of mind that floated away and I can see my body and my life and it seems so unreal. You think I'm crazy right? lol I'm actually pretty normal but I guess I'm super smart or insightful i guess lol Sometimes I can get to this state of mind intentionally by repeating over and over things like 'my name is Sanna' or 'This is my body' or just thinking about living for an eternity. Just wondering if I'm gonna crack up and loose it some day or if this is a type of Astral projection :)thanks Dude you can't prove it lol its the exact opposite its completely inside of me, like in my mind. I could care less if you don't believe me, It's not like I feel like I'm the savior of the world or that I have some special power. Does This Sound Like An Astral Projection Thing? It Still haunts me till this day! In my dream, everything was the same as it was when I was awake- room body position. There was a frail, dark creature peeking under the curtains of my top bunk bed (military). Couldn't really make out any features. Not threatening, but it scared the crap outta me! I woke up. I Really Really Need Help With Astral Projection?I Have been reading about the subject 'Astral Projection' and im really quite obsessed with it. On;y one problem. I DONT KNOW HOW I Read alot about it. I Follow the directions given and i Still cant get it.. Here Are The Problems. 1 I cant relax my body. It says i have to start up from my toes and work to my head. I HAve no clue waht that means. I dont know how to relax one part of my body at a time. 2.
