Obama Speeches And Ericksonian Hypnosis?This article makes a convincing case that Obama's speeches are intentionally crafted to lull the critical conscious mind , so that suggestions can be asserted to the subconscious w/o critical thought intervening. I've noticed that I get sleepy when hearing him, and his speeches seem devoid of reasoned arguments - which would re-awaken the critical mind.
