If You Make A Self Hypnosis Tape?ok so i found some Free scripts that all entail the things i am wanting to incorporate into my Hypnosis tape. is it ok to do one, then do another one then do another one then do another one all in a row as you are drifting off to sleep at night time. Or do i have to do them all one at a time at different times. is it ok to do them al let them play over and over and over agian while im sleeping for the night. or should i do it in the afternoon on a weekend? will there be a difference? Self Hypnosis Question?yeah i wanted to use self hpnosis to try and help motivate me to study more. I have a terrible habbit of procrastinating sadly. I've looked up about self Hypnosis etc, and the good thing is, (kinda) i cnan put myself into a trance state fairly easily, and i'm a fairly suggestable person (ok not a god thing for general life, but i suppose its good for self hypnosis) Anyway, as well as that i was going to try the sleep thing also, listening to a Script or phrase over and over as i slep kinda. Just trying to think of what a good phrase would be. So far i know of 2 rules for it, 'must be positive' 'Must be simple' As stated i'm trying to motivate myself to study more / harder.
