Hypnosis Inductions? Are there any places on the internet that
provide free
Hypnotic
Inductions?
or even full hypnosis sessions? I haven't been able to get
self-hypnosis to work properly, so would like to see if it does.
Also I would probably mostly find a sleep trigger or something like
that useful, cause it takes me a long time to stop thinking about
things and get to sleep.

Is It Possible To Kill Some-one In A
Hypnotic
State?I am an actor and have studied the works of Stanislavski,
Chekhov, Adler, Strasberg, Hagen and, most importantly, Meisner.
When studying his work on the importance of de-intellectualized
spontaneous reactions, I also began investigating
Hypnotic phenomon as I noticed a deep correlation
between the two. Interestingly, rapid
Hypnotic
induction allows us to let down our (for lack of a better word)
primary consciousness and instaneously lapse into a highly
suggestive state for a split second. By applying a command word -
most commonly used by hypnotist performance artists being 'sleep' -
the subject will immediately accept the given command. Recently I
have been experimenting with different commands and have acheived
some interesting results, making people 'laugh', 'cry' and 'jump'.
Usually I find that people are much more reactive to shorter words,
evident plosives and an emotional meaning. This gave me the idea of
the command 'die'. In practice, the subject will never yield
themselves to do anything beyond their values or beliefs. However,
despite our strong instinct for survival, there is also an inherent
- and biologically necessitated - urge for self-destruction.
Essentially, the brain controls a variety of functions that are
held together like a fragile support system; my theory is that one
erratic disturbance could potentially cause the subject to abruptly
die. The very idea is not so absurd considering that humans are
capable of consciously switching off any survival instinct when
committing suicidal acts. Nevertheless, my testing has proven
negative. Often the subject will either remain in a confused state,
relive an affective memory closely related to death or imitate
being dead before inevitably waking up roughly 45 seconds later. My
question is whether anyone has any lateral proof of such
Hypnotic phenomenon occuring or been successful in
killing someone through rapid induction? P.S: I would appreciate it
if you would not discuss ethics and answer the question.

Please Recommend Self-Hypnosis Audio CD?Hello I'd like to
experience deep hypnosis, I'm looking for an audio program where a
hypnotist guides the listener into a deep state of hypnosis (verbal
guidance, not just music or sounds). I don't have any problem I
want to address, just want the
Hypnotic induction
and deepening, but I'd get one for smoking or weight loss if the
induction and deepening are good and just not listen to the rest.
Thanks.

Psychology Questions? Please help... 1.) Robert went to a hypnotist
to help him quit smoking. Which of the following predictions best
states what the hypnotist would do? The hypnotist would suggest
changes in Robert’s feelings, perceptions, thoughts, or behaviors
related to smoking. The hypnotist would stimulate Robert’s five
senses using monotonous
Hypnotic induction and
force him to quit smoking. The hypnotist would ask Robert to go to
sleep until the hypnosis is over. The hypnotist would ask Robert to
do something that is against his will to motivate him to stop
smoking. 2.) People who are depressed are more likely to eat
chocolate to feel better. Which of the following explains this mood
change? The brains of depressed people produce too little
serotonin, and eating chocolate increases the amount of this
neurotransmitter in the brain. The perception of a depressed person
is negative, and the dopamine in chocolate makes the brain have a
positive perspective. Certain memories may be the cause of
depression, and eating chocolate effects norepinephrine levels and
minimizes the ability to remember. Depressed people have too little
acetylcholine, so they feel lethargic, and the caffeine in
chocolate gives them energy. 3.) Hans is watching television while
talking on the phone to his friend about their favorite video game.
When he hangs up, Hans doesn’t remember what was on television
while he was talking to his friend. Which of the following best
explains Hans’s experience? A human brain can’t process and
interpret visual and auditory stimuli at the same time. Selective
attention allows us to sense some stimuli without actually
perceiving them. When we encounter several stimuli, we will only
sense the ones that are loudest. When we encounter a figure-ground
relationship, we have to separate stimuli from one another.
