How Can We Make A Quick Sale For Our Home? Should We Use A Realtor Or For Sale By Owner?Our Home has been on the market for 7 months now. At first we had an agent from Remax for six months and now we signed with an agent from Exit. We have had no luck what so ever. They don't seem to be avertising very well so we are wondering if we should just go ahead and list for Sale by owner and we can do all the advertising ourselves. WHY IS A Quick Sale MORE IMPORTANT THAN A GOOD HOME?Well we ere interested in buying a dog and came across one on epupz.co.uk [by accident] we contacted the seller and told her about us and that we wanted to work the dog and she sounded pleased. So we arranged a date to visit the dog, the night before she emailed and said she had to go to Newcastle for a week. I thought something did not sound right and got a friend to respond to the advert and this is what she said [ sound like someone who should not own any dog] “hi, is your dog still available? I saw the breed in a film and they are sooo cute. What color eyes does he have and can you sell to us?” She replied with “Yes we can sell to you, can you come tonight?” This was at the same time as she was saying it was important to her she found him a good Home with someone who knows the breed, yet she was lying. Today I got that same friend to email again and she said the dog has been sold. I emailed her and she outright lied to me, pretending to me her husband (but she was talking to the friend on her other email) and she told me her grandfather died and the dog had moved to Canada with her brother. Why do people who are giving their dogs up not care about what Home they go to? Is The RE Business So Great That They Don't Need A Quick Buy Of A Distressed Home?The Agents who contact us seem to ignore our preferences.
