What Is The Cost To Add Packages To Basic Rogers Cable TV?My condo fee includes cable, but just the basic channels 2-28, plus 60-65. You sometimes need to buy 30 additional channels that you don't want just to get 2 or 3 that you do want. My guess is that they do this just to get you to purchase the premium package.
