Raw Dog Food Diet Recipies?Iv'e been in the process of switching my dogs to a Raw diet. I still have some kibble left, so I have been slowly introducing them to some Raw Food to get thier stomachs used to it. It seems there are a million and one different ways to go with this Raw diet! I would like to buy the foods myself and prepare them myself. I always buy 1/4 cows and have a storage freezer to fit the extra meat for dogs. I have been giving them some Raw chicken thighs, some steak and hamburger. Now I know this probably is not all there is to it. Iv'e googled up Raw recipies and seem to get companies selling thier products more than actual do it youself recipies. What are some good recipies I can give my dogs. I'm not really to worried about the veggies as much as I am the supplements I need to add to make the meal complete and healthy so they do not lack any vitamins or essential supplements needed. Raw Dog Food Diet, Only People Who Feed This Diet Please!!!?Alright, I am 16 and I pay for everything, Dog food, treats, bowls, leash, collars, training, agility training etc etc. So obviously I am on a budget. I am not paying $20 a month for dry Dog food. I used to breed and train labs for hunting with my mom some years ago, and the Raw Dog Food is what we feed our dogs, of course with some fruits and veggies as well. I have an English Pointer and he weighs about 46 pounds. I walk him about an hour daily and he currently eats 2 cups of dry Food a day and he is at the perfect weight. So, now for the questions: How much would I feed him a day? How much would it cost a month? What would I feed? Where can I get the Food cheap locally? I don't want to rely on my dad to order the Food on the internet, but I can and will if need be. Please give me all the info. Does Anybody Feed There Dog A Raw Food Diet? Does It Cost More To Do So?I am thinking of switching my dogs to an all Raw Food diet, but want some feedback. I have researched it before but never did it. Now after finding horrible sites about some of the ingredients in Dog food....euthanized dogs, some still with flea collars and bags, and lots more.
