Loan To Stop Foreclosure - Is There A Loan Company Out There Anywhere That Refinances Under 500 Credit Score To Stop Foreclosure?I am in need of refinancing our home. We are currently almost 2 months behind on our mortgages. We stopped the foreclosure in October but are headed that way again if we dont find a way to refinance. When we stopped the foreclosure in October we thought it was paying for Novembers payment too but it wasnt so we were behind a month again right off the bat. We have a first and second mortgage we want to consolidate them. We also have an adjustable rate mortgage that is killing our finances. We filed bankruptcy almost 7 years ago. This is my dream home and dont plan on leaving it until I go in a box in the ground. If anyone knows anything that would help I would be very greatful. - Loan To Stop Foreclosure

That the investor will take over payment until they resell the home and give the monetaries that was agreed upon. after paying for 2 yrs investor decided To Stop paying and choose not To inform me. I have To told that these situation are a complete rip off and everyone that get involved with this unfortunately situation 99% lose their home To Foreclosure without even knowing until it is To late. as I mentioned earlier I have paid the reinstatement of the Loan in full. as I research options I am realizing that overall agreement was prepared in bad faith just To one of many. Can Chase Foreclose On Me After Approving Loan Modification Day Before Foreclosure?I was called by Chase the day before my Foreclosure sale date, and they processed and approved a Loan modification.
