Can Anyone Help Me Find A Lender
To Help
Stop Foreclosure?My husband is a self-employed
lobster fisherman, and last year he injured his back and was unable
To work for 3 months. During that time, we fell
behind on all our payments, and have spent an extremely stressful
year trying
To get caught up. Our current mortgage
lender has demanded all back payments in cash before they will
accept anymore payments from us. We could not come up with that
amount, so we are now facing
Foreclosure on our
house. I go
To these websites of mortgage lenders
that say they specialize in stopping foreclosure, but every time I
talk with them on the phone, they tell me that they can't help. Is
there any company out there, or private lenders that will help on a
refinance for a
Foreclosure bailout? I've even
looked into hard money lenders, but they all seem
To be for corporate loans. We had great credit
until this happened last year.

Why Don't Banks Restructure Loans
To
Stop Foreclosure Crisis?Well, I
hear a lot about how unamerican it is and uncapitalist as well -
and by the way, its the homeowners fault for buying a home they
couldn't afford. Put aside that OLD worn out idea of fiduciary
responsibility, bah, that the bank might have had when giving out
loans in the first place and help me understand this: Who wins when
so many are foreclosing? The banks lose money, the owner loses the
home, and the investors that fund the mortgage market are losing
too right... and the communites, the countys and on and on? I
wouldn't expect the bank or investors
To
restructure solely for the benefit of homeowners, but can't they
just defer partially the payments or find some solution that allows
the owner
To keep the home and still honor their
obligation, just maybe further out? So I guess my question is, what
is stopping banks from doing something when it seems everyone is
losing out?

Help Determining How Much Mortgage Company Paid
To
Buy A
Loan In Pre-foreclosure?Question for your
real estate investors out there. I am aware of a property that is
in pre-foreclosure. I happen
To know that the
mortgage on this property has been sold a number of times (I
realize that this is very common in the mortgage industry).
However, the company that holds the
Loan now is
one of those last
Stop mortgage companies. They
buy mortgages that other companies have written off as bad debt. Is
there a way
To find out how much this company paid
when they bought the
Loan in question?

Does Anyone Know Of A Company That Could Help
Stop
A
Foreclosure On Our Home, With Out Any Money
To Do So?I was forced
To work
part-time because of a tick bite and I was striken with Lyme
dieaease. I didn't think a small insect could do some much harm.
Any way, my husband works 24/7, but that is not enough and now we
might loose our home. We tried
To talk with our
mortage co., and we even tried for a hardship
Loan
which was suggested by our own company. They told us NOT
To pay our payments for a couple of months and
that way it would look even better for the hard ship loan. Then
they turned us down and now we are 4 months behind. Little did we
know that, I guess some mortage co. will do that so you get behind
and loose your house
To them. That's awful!!
Anyway, if any one knows of someone that could help either
Stop the
Foreclosure (with no
money down) or of another way
To save our home I
would really appreciate it. Thanks!

How Can I
Stop Bank Foreclosure?This is a letter I
wrote
To my bank after hearing about a possible
pending foreclosure. My
Loan is for $50,000 and I
have an appraisal for $220,000. My credit has recently fallen
To only fair and I do not think I can get another
loan. Please let me know about anything I can do
To Stop the foreclosure: Carl, I
am a little worried. Todd Noel of Mortgage Modifiers, Inc called me
today
To set up a three way with Kelly at your
bank so I could see about lowering my interest and monthly
payments. During the conversation Kelly said my rate was lowered
from 9 %
To 5.2 % in January which adjusted my
payments from $413.00
To $287.00 per month, but my
home
Loan had been turned over
To
the bank's attorney for foreclosure. I told Kelly that “I did not
understand this because I have an email from Carl stating that as
long as I keep my home
Loan within 90 days your
bank would take no action
To foreclose” (and you
are “the chief
Loan officer”). I then asked Kelly
how many days late my
Loan was and she said “72”.
I thanked her for my
Loan adjustment rate and told
her that I was going
To make a home
Loan payment of $415.00 tomorrow (Friday) and
completely catch up (January February) by mid or the end of the
February. She said “she was not my bank officer but thought my
actions would
Stop foreclosure”. Additionally, I
talk with Gerald on Monday and nothing was said about any
foreclosure. He asked me for boat information, which I am in the
process of getting for him. I am trusting you are a man of your
word and since I have a written agreement from you stating if I am
not over 90 days late no home
Foreclosure action
will be taken, I do not have
To worry about
Foreclosure or litigation. I really appreciate
your help and remain your friend, Rick Magee

What Happens If Investor
Stop Paying On
Loan As Agreed And Home Went Into Foreclosure?but
we are both on deed, lender reported negative
To
credit bureas, Investor made the choice not
To
contact me. If I wasn't considering saving $$ and check my credit I
would not have know the last payment made Oct. 2007 Forceclosure
was scheduled June 1, 2008. I paid the requested reinstatement of
Loan amount. I e-mailed the investor never until
this day have gotten a response. He have called the police and was
advised this is a civil matter. I posted Private Property No
Trespassing in the window. Investor told my huband the reason he
Stop paying the house will take
To much work and he did not want
To pay monthly mortgage and did not bother
To contact myself nor my husband. until we decided
To see all that need
To be done.
We have hire a contractor
To do all the interior
work and,
Stop a gardner on the street
To cut front/back yard so it would not look
completely abandoned. house was allow
To be used a
flop house unlock, we changed the lock
To keep the
varants out advise The
Loan is only in my name and
I was completely mislead, told untruths and no one would return
calls on the investor situation. the agreement state the investor
is repsonsibile for paying the monthly mortgage that is my name. it
also state the investor agreed no payments are not
To be late, if payments are not made investor is
in breach of contract and become null n void, in addition
To investor is indebtedness for not making
payments. it is one of the deals/situations we buy houses you don't
have
To pay two mortgages. That the investor will
take over payment until they resell the home and give the
monetaries that was agreed upon. after paying for 2 yrs investor
decided
To Stop paying and choose
not
To inform me. I have
To told
that these situation are a complete rip off and everyone that get
involved with this unfortunately situation 99% lose their home
To Foreclosure without even
knowing until it is
To late. as I mentioned
earlier I have paid the reinstatement of the
Loan
in full. as I research options I am realizing that overall
agreement was prepared in bad faith just
To one of
many. But I will continue
To research until I can
get this resolved. I have a Real Estate Attorney and he have all
the docs, in additon he wanted the investor # which I provided.
Within a day the investor called did not leave a message, he them
called my husband. I believe when the investor realized the
reinstatement of
Loan was paid in full my me and
the call from my attorney he then wanted
To talk.
I also believe that the investor was counting that I would not
check my credit and if I did the reinstatement of
Loan amount would have been much more than I could
afford
To come up with and my house would have be
autioned/forclosed
To the higher bidder without
him ever contacting knowing that he is in breach of contract and
defaulted on the monthly payments

How
To Stop A
Foreclosure On A Home?We are 3 months behind on
our house payments because my husband recently lost his job. We got
a letter in the mail yesterday and have 30 days
To
come up with the money. If we can't our home will be foreclosed. If
we can't come up with the money what should we do? I have tried
To get a modification
Loan and
the guy
To me we didn't qualify. What are other
steps we should take? We live in Kansas if that helps.

Can Chase Foreclose On Me After Approving
Loan
Modification Day Before Foreclosure?I was called by Chase the day
before my
Foreclosure sale date, and they
processed and approved a
Loan modification.
However, it seems that the specialist didn't send and notify a
request
To have the
Foreclosure
stopped after approving my
Loan modification;
thus, the
Loan modification and
Foreclosure happened in conjuncture. The
Loan ended up being sold back
To
Chase. Now, they are saying that they can reverse the foreclosure,
but they say the
Foreclosure has already happened.
Sometimes when I call Chase, they tell me it is all over and
nothing can be done. Then, I'll call right back and talk
To another specialist who says that it can be
reversed since they made the mistake. They have sent me the trial
plan package application, which I sent back with my first month's
modified mortgage payment in September. They not only took and
processed that payment, they also took and processed October (this
month) payment as well. Yet, the attorney's office who was
appointed by Chase and who is in charge of my foreclosure/eviction
says that they have no record of a
Loan
modification and the
Foreclosure sale is
To take place next month. In other words, the left
hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing - the left hand
doesn't even know what IT is doing. So what do I do now?
