Routine For A 400m Hurdles Runner?I've
recently taken up 400m Hurdles as one of my track events, so now I
compete in 1500m, 800m, and 400m Hurdles. I've been fine with the
1500m and the 800m for
Core strength but now that
i have started 400m Hurdles I need to increase my
Core strength because my technique usually
disappears with 150m to go. Anybody know any good routines that I
could perform on a daily basis to improve my
Core
strength, I am wanting to go under 60 this year for 400 hurdles? I
train with a middle distance group twice a week and do a seperate
hurdles session once a week, my endurance is fine but my
Core is weak

When Doing A
Core Workout Routine, What Is
Best?Should I do it every night, or every other night, or every
third day.. What is the best method for the best results? I know
for most muscle groups you are supossed to give yourself some rest
time between workouts. But then I also hear of people who do
Core exercises every day.

Two Questions About
Core Exercises (ab Routine)?1.
Does it make a difference whether you use the mat, bosu ball, or
yoga ball when doing the exercises? 2. When working on obliques, is
there a possibility for them to look different if you can reach
over one side of the body further than the other? Or will just
working both sides create the same results?

What's The Best Way To Mix Up
Exercise Routine?For
the past four months, I have done cardio 3 x a week on treadmill
(45 min around 3.0 mph) and strength training 2 x a week (30-45
minutes, upper and lower, and core) along with eating healthy. I
have been doing well and lost over 25 lbs. However, in the past
couple of weeks I have found that I am really bored and it is
harder to get my workouts done. What is a good way for me to shake
it up schedule wise, without having to do anything crazy that I
won't keep up. I do like the treadmill and light weights, I just
think maybe the five days in a row is dragging on. Would 3 days on
1 off be good, or 4 days on 2 off? I don't mind working out on
weekends. Any ideas? What has worked in the past to get you out of
a rut? Please remember I am still a beginner, and working to get
into shape slowly. Also I do work 50 hrs a week so no crazy stuff
please. THANKS!

Is This A Good
Exercise Routine?Ok, my
Routine right now is this: I do 45 jumping jacks
Then I do 25 girl push-ups with my knees of the floor Then I do 30
crunches And then I go to 60 seconds of butt kickes And then I do
30 squats And then 30 hip thrusts And then 60 seconds of jumping
jacks Then 30 lunges Then 30 bicycle crunches And then I do these
over again I do this
Routine 3 times a week, and
it lasts for about a half an hour to 45 minutes. I also do warm-ups
before hand and some
Core strengthening exercises
as well, and I stair walk a couple times a week. Is this a good
Exercise routine? My sister keeps telling me that
it sucks cause it's never any different so my body gets too used to
is so it does no good. And I do know you need to add some variety
too.
