Also, should I focus on just upper/core

or should I work on my legs as well? Because I figure mmy legs are

Why Do I Still Feel Like A Beginner In
Strength
Training?I've always been working out on and since high school, in
my basement and but never been consitant to get results. there have
been times where i would be worked out for 6 weeks3x/week and
generally felt more fit Now, I'm 24. and I'm trying to lose weight
and gain
Strength and get a fit body.. And so far
I've worked out at home (on the bowflex) 3 months ago and felt my
body has improved got leaner in some ways However recently, I've
joined the gym about 3 weeks ago. I've done cardio 5 days of the
week, weight
Training 3 days of the week. and the
scale shows no weight loss yet 2% loss in body fat..but I do feel
more fit. THe problem is I generally look stronger and bigger then
average but I feel trouble lifting weights (
Core
strengh ), and my
Strength does't seem to be
imporving or I don't feel like I can handle the weights better.
Sometime I feel I can't lift the same amount. I'm always confused
what basic strnghth program i should follow.

Do You Have To Eat More Protein If You Are
Strength Training?I have recently started doing
Training with light weights (I'm a girl). Mostly
upper body and
Core exercises, and walk on
treadmill. I have been upping the intensity of the
Strength Training lately. I eat
healthy and eat some protein (lean turkey and chicken, lean fish,
nuts), but it is a smaller part of my diet. If I plan on building
more muscle, should I up my percentage of daily protein in my diet?
I find I can do an intense cardio session and still have energy to
burn the next day. However, sometimes I feel a bit more weak and
run down after I do a good strenght workout. I was wondering if
this had something to do with protein intake. Also, are protein
bars any good? Which are the best? Thanks!
