now on the setting 'full exercise' I have done this for 15-20mins
each day is this enough or should i go through all 6 settings at
once? Also i felt tingling yesterday when i done it over my belly

Slendertone Body Toning Products..do They Work?I'm wondering how
well these things that claim to give you 'the same workout as 120
crunches in 20 mins' work, and are they to be used alone or

Tummmy Toner, Anyone?Well after a stressful 8th grade year, it's
finally almost time for summer. There are only a few downsides to
this- the fact that middle school's OVER (i'm going to a different
high school then all of my friends ]= ), and the fact that my
stomach is noot exactly in tip top bikini shape.. Which is why i'm
asking this question. I'm looking for some good tummy toning
Exercises that will help me tone up my stomach and
get rid of the <1 inch of extra skin that's on my lower stomach.
and FAST! There's really not much there at all, but it makes a huge
difference to me. I'm looking for some good results in 2 weeks
time. Now, here's a little background on myself: I run 5 days per
week. Varsity track and cross country runner, so it's not really
cardio i need here. More along the lines of
Ab
workouts, some
Exercises i can do after track
practice that burnn but don't take up too incredibly much time.
Also, pleease no diet suggestions! I have extremely healthy eating
habits. I mean if you want to recommend a certain food thats really
good and healthy and low in fat and calories and crap and gives you
results then go for it, but don't give me a lecture about how i
need to balance a strict healthy diet with cardiovascular exercise
and yadayadayada cause i already do that, that's not what im asking
for. I've lost a lot of weight in the past few years and just have
some loose skin to tone up. so yeah. details, details, details
please! and if you have any success stories of you personally by
doing what you recommmend me and you wanna share that as well go

Should I Quite The Leg-exercising?Okay, so I swear there is
something wrong with me, like I have this weird over-ability to
build muscle or something. I eat well. I do yoga for a couple of
hours on Wednesdays and hour workout on Fridays for an hour or so,
which consists of like 20mins running, 20 mins on the
cross-trainer, 20 on the rowing machine and I do some leg

sometimes do some exercise in my room if I'm feeling especially
healthy, not much, just some lunges and things. But seriously, my
thighs are like - rock hard. They're SO muscely and its annoying
me. I don't want muscely legs. I want small, dainty legs. Should I

Am I Lightly Active Or Moderately Active?I walk about 30 min a day
for 5 days/wk (to and back from school), play ddr for about 10-20
min 6 days/wk, and does 50 rep of a couple different
Ab Exercises 5-6 days/wk. Not to
mention my high school gym classes will start soon. What is your
judgment? Also, would i get
Toner and lose weight
this way? I'm 5'1, 106 lbs, and 14 yrs old.
